We’ve been super grateful for the enquiries we’ve received from all over the world since launching in June. Since then we’ve been refining our offering & working diligently behind the scenes to get our international pricing up & running.

A large number of the enquiries have come from the United States, New Zealand, Australia & the UK, so today we’re kicking off the pricing with these four countries.

Please DON’T be disheartened if you are located elsewhere! We won’t be leaving it at these four – rather we’ll focus on the demand as it arises. If you want a Kiss House outside of these four countries we’ll be happy to give you a price based on your specification & location.

So what’s in the price of a Kiss?

We pride ourselves on the comprehensive specification of Kiss House

Kiss House is a genuine turnkey solution – this is where we really standout from the crowd & are an exceptionally strong proposition v’s other ‘self-build’ options.

We’ve outlined the Kiss House specification below as well as a few exciting optional extras & our short list of exclusions. We’d love to discuss this with you if you have any questions. What’s In & What’s Out?

3 bed Kiss House in Larch cladding

 

The specification & prices below are based on the Kiss House finish pictured. For example we have based them on a Kiss House finished to a premium quality finish throughout (kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, tiles etc) with a slow grown untreated Grade A Larch cladding. This specification sits very firmly in the middle of our pricing & offers an exceptional level of finish & quality of fit out.

How do configurable items affect the price?

Kiss House is configurable to your tastes & requirements so the final price may go up or down – dependent on the choices you make. For example – all Kiss Houses have a high quality German designed & manufactured Schuller kitchen, the choices you make regarding work-surfaces, doors / door furniture, materials & colours will affect the final price.

We will always work with you to ensure your chosen specification fits your budget, taste & lifestyle. Once your specification is fixed & you place an order your price is fixed so that you know exactly what you are paying Kiss House with no hidden extras!

  • Obtaining Local Authority Consents
  • Foundations and any work below damp proof course (top of concrete slab)
  • Shipping, import tariffs and transportation to site

  • Soft furnishings and loose furniture

Shell Only Kiss House Prices:

 

Shell Only – means that we will supply & erect your Kiss House leaving you with a Kiss House that is fully completed on the outside but which needs to be fully fitted out on the inside.

    I have a question about the pictures that shows a stairs going down and a very open layout. I couldn’t identify which floor plan matches the pictures. Is it a custom option that is not available for sales or how is it works?

      Many thanks for your question. Well spotted re the basement stairs! You are correct that though not a standard feature of Kiss House a basement is something that can be added dependent upon site and budget. The Sandpath House pictured has a basement, in part because the site (which was on a hill) was well suited to it. We hope this helps.

    Would these houses qualify for a mortgage? I’ve seen some modular housing units which do not qualify for a mortgage and only a bank loan is possible.

      Thanks for your question.

      YES – we like the Ecology Building Society as they offer discounted rates for Passivhaus. Also we’re in discussions with them re them offering staged payments to Kiss House customers. Other mortgage providers will mortgage Kiss House also and though we don’t offer mortgage advice we always say it’s good to shop around.
