Orchard Farm — we’re at Kent’s new custom build development.

We recently announced our exciting custom build collaboration with Mole Architects and can now announce that the first project is live.

The site developers, Steenvlinder and Urbanise, have taken the site through planning and are offering 122 plots with planning consent under a plot passport (or design guide scheme), to would-be self-builders. On the northern edge of Ashford, Orchard Farm is just five miles from the historic village of Wye. It has excellent transport connections and is only two miles from the centre of Ashford, making it only 38 minutes by fast train to St Pancras station in London. Transport links to Europe are excellent with the Eurotunnel and ferry links also close by. Better still it is situated in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has great amenities including shops, pubs, and restaurants only a short walk away. There are even good schools in the local catchment area. The masterplan for the Orchard Farm development has been informed and inspired by the landscape, buildings and building materials of East Kent.
